29 April 2010      Eligibility list of JTOs for promotion against 66% quota

                   BSNL Corporate office released provisional Eligibility list of JTOs for forthcoming DPC to be conducted against 66% vacancies for the year 2008-09.  It has many of mistakes like names of many regular SDEs included in the list with remark as still not promoted etc. " All the comrades are requested to go through the list and DISCREPANCY found if any, may be brought into the notice of administration" and same may also be conveyed to DS SNEA(I) Satara for getting corrected please.

   21 April 2010      100% STRIKE SUCCESSFUL IN SATARA SSA        <<<< Strike PHOTOs   >>>>

                      The strike was 100% successful. All the employees were gathered outside the building premises from the morning hours. Reports of  participation was received from Karad , Vaduj, Phaltan Wai and all parts of rural and urban areas, etc. 

We, specially thank to all the participating members who made all the efforts to make this strike 100% successful                         and thanks to the Newspaper and media peoples for their coverage. 

   20 April 2010      Strike has been called off following a meeting with Hon'ble MOC

Important issues discussed by JAC with Hon’ble MOC

1.                  Immediate Absorption of ITS Group A

2.                  There should be no disinvestments of BSNL

3.                  There should not be any VRS

4.                  No Unbundling of last mile copper pairs and other recommendations of Pitroda Commission report

5.                  Immediate procurements of Mobile Lines

6.                  Revision of IDA pension as on 1-1-2007

7.                  Revision of Pay scales of Non executives and implementation of promotion policies for non executives

  16 April 2010                  PROCEDURE FOR SENDING LDCE EXAM FORM  

                 The circle office issued instruction for sending the application forms for SDE’s LDCE exam. All the applications after submitting through online, the applicant should take a print out and paste a photo on it and sign it and send the application to the controlling officer/ AGM(A)Satara.  After the verification of the forms, the applications will be forwarded to circle office. All the applicants should carefully go through the procedure.
